Music Video Scribble Effect in After Effects!

This is a very rough sketch of a storyboard. I would like to create a video about high-functioning anxiety that I experience on a day-to-day basis. I initially struggled with this idea because it gives me anxiety just to think about, but I think it will help me and end up being a cool project. The video will follow me around doing normal things for a day (morning time, school, homework, working out, eating, etc.) but will have a voiceover of the thoughts I have as well as clips of imagery such as water and bricks. The video will be effects-driven and will definitely be somewhat abstracted. 

I am still pretty undecided about what I want to do for my last project. A few semesters ago I created an abstract video, so I would kinda like to expand on that and abstract it even more. For now, I imagine I will animate watercolor paintings with layers of video and other effects and set it to music. If yall have any suggestions, let me know!
